By accessing and using the Cosmopolitan University Admission Portal, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by these terms, please do not use this service.
2. Use of the Portal
The Admission Portal is provided for the purpose of:
- Submitting applications for admission to Cosmopolitan University
- Uploading required documents and credentials
- Tracking application status
- Receiving admission decisions and related communications
- Completing enrollment procedures
3. User Account
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to immediately notify the university of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.
4. Accuracy of Information
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the application process. Providing false or misleading information may result in the rejection of your application or revocation of admission.
5. Document Authenticity
All documents uploaded to the portal must be authentic and unaltered. The university reserves the right to verify all submitted documents and to reject applications with fraudulent materials.
6. Application Fees
Application fees, once paid, are non-refundable regardless of the outcome of your application. Payment of application fees does not guarantee admission.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on this portal, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Cosmopolitan University and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
8. Limitation of Liability
Cosmopolitan University shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the portal.
9. Modifications
The university reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the portal after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
